Step 1: Book a 15 minute phone consultation. (Free)
This is a complimentary phone call to briefly answer your questions, understand what we can offer and what you can expect from our program. If you decide to move forward we will order your labs so you can have these done before you come in. We do not accept insurance.
Step 2: In-Person Evaluation and Lab Review ($375)
This is your first in person visit with us after getting your labs done at a local lab lik LabCorp. We will conduct is a comprehensive review of your lab work and identify gaps and opportunities for optimal health. Remember, Normal is NOT OPTIMAL.
If you decide not to proceed with our membership wellness program then you only pay the $375 professional fee and that is it. We DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE SO FEES MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF VISIT.
